Die größte Insel der Berry Islands ist Great Harbour Cay, auf der sich die größte Siedlung der Inseln, Bullock´s Harbour, befindet. In dem Hafenort leben heute etwa 300 Menschen. Die Inseln wurden auch von Piraten als Versteck genutzt.Berry Island sind ein Paradies für Wassersport z.B. für Angler, Segler und Taucher.
