Reisen ab, bis, oder mit Bordeaux (Frankreich)

Bordeaux liegt im südwestlichen Frankreich, etwa 45 Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, an der Garonne, die sich in einem weiten Bogen durch die Stadt zieht. Das rechte Ufer geht fast unmittelbar in ein bis zu 90 Meter hohes Kalkplateau über, so dass dort eine markante Steilstufe besteht. Das Plateau beheimatet in etwa 20 Kilometern Entfernung weltberühmte Weinbaugebiete wie Saint-Émilion, Pomerol und Fronsac, in denen einige der teuersten Weine der Welt kultiviert werden.

Bordeaux - der Hafen, die Stadt

Bordeaux liegt im südwestlichen Frankreich, etwa 45 Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, an der Garonne, die sich in einem weiten Bogen durch die Stadt zieht. Das rechte Ufer geht fast unmittelbar in ein bis zu 90 Meter hohes Kalkplateau über, so dass dort eine markante Steilstufe besteht. Das Plateau beheimatet in etwa 20 Kilometern Entfernung weltberühmte Weinbaugebiete wie Saint-Émilion, Pomerol und Fronsac, in denen einige der teuersten Weine der Welt kultiviert werden. Die Wirtschaft von Bordeaux ist untrennbar mit dem Wein und dem Hafen verbunden.Die kulturelle Infrastruktur von Bordeaux wird durch eine Reihe sehr bekannter Museen und Kirchen bereichert.
